Eltec offers over 30 years expertise in PCB assembly. Production wave soldering uses no-clean flux, which is environmentally safer, thus providing less byproduct. Eltec quote's wave soldering machine can process PCB assemblies up to 9'x 12'. While we specialize in thru-hole PCB assembly, we are also able to do surface mount. Combination boards are a specialty for Eltec. Eltec can assemble PCBs with customer-supplied parts or Eltec supplied parts. Our employee training includes process control, print reading, equipment operation, product inspection, and acceptance criteria. We certify each and every employee on each task they perform. Our low turnover rate enables us to assign experienced and qualified employees to every task. Our broad range of equipment and our highly trained work force enable us to select the right equipment and the right employees for the task. We can deal with volume runs as well as prototypes and/or short runs. We are pleased to support prototypes for testing and evaluation.
